  • The COVID-19 pandemic has brought both challenges and opportunities to education.



    Summary:


    The article concentrates on the preliminary assessment of the teaching, learning and research situation of the teachers during the past year of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, we will also clarify the advantages and disadvantages of utilizing the information technology into lectures schooling, and contribute to building many practical and helpful ideas for teachers and school administrators. So that we can all teamwork together to critical thinking and testing a project how to innovate educational programs in the coming years.


    By our interesting descriptions, we hope that all of us can gradually overcome the weaknesses in the academic education industry, simultaneously, we promote and increasingly raise the educational standards for our students, as well as optimize and digital transformation all the teaching tasks for teachers and school administrators.


  • The United States supports and develops innovative startups



    Summary:


    Talks about the entrepreneurship and innovation, it is indispensable to change the knowledge team who get involved, including all the teachers, researchers, and officials who are working in the field of Education. The education employees and experts who had experienced studying abroad such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, etc. for those talents, Vietnamese government should consider, and set up a mechanism to reform their work and promotion paths. For example: funding for employees advanced study abroad, support them to apply scholarships...etc.


    (1) If we have an entire pathway that promote for advanced teachers / professors. The education of us can be integrates the overseas career path into teaching. In order to train and improve research and application capacity. Through multiple cultures environment, all the PhD., Masters, Dr... the predecessors and young entrepreneurs / intrapreneurs / micropreneurs will easier reach theirs goal when they are working at an open environment and space that is always ready to welcome, accept and support to do MVP products. 


    (2) In addition, there is necessary to establish more diversified venture capital fund models (Venture Capital), eligible for many types of different industries aims to attract as well as encourage the Generation X, Y work closely with Baby Boomers generation who was born in 1970s, we could learn from each others to research products and innovate effectively. New thinking and new experimenting as much as possible!


    (3) Last but not least, we would like to have a small discussion to you about the experiences from the United States - a pioneer nation and has fund the development of many innovative start-up networks around the world. In the US business community, it shows that investors not merely sponsor to young directors / entrepreneurs in providing to them capital or cash, they also need refer new generation entrepreneurs to theirs business partners. By their business capacities and trustworthiness, connecting business relationships between business and investors will help young directors gain more comprehensive knowledge and market experience.


  • Regulations, conditions and solutions for developing types of E-Learning, online training in Vietnam


    Summary:


    From the perspective of an E-Learning infrastructure developer, an instructional designer and our's distance learning program during 08 years of cooperation with Moodle Research Institute, and Professors from the United States. 


    On the valuable occasion of Vietnamese Education Ministries and branches organizing a national scientific conference program with the topic: "Developing types of E-learning training in Vietnam". We participate in writing a research paper and wishes to share experiences to contribute to building goals and vision about E-Learning for Vietnam at the moment and gift it as a useful references to all the (virtual) Vocational Institutes, Academy around the world!


  • Information Technology support the Interactive Lecture (ID) Development



    Summary:


    E-Learning is a long-term, interesting and safe vision. We and ABS Institute have had a rather arduous process of implementing digital course projects, because this is an unprecedented educational initiative, on the other hand, the cause come from the whole team. We are also excited to experience all kinds of emotions, from the little joy, fear, nervousness to sublimated happiness. ABS Institute's mission and vision is to become the most modern Interactive Learning standard to guide future generations, we firmly believe in the goal that thanks to Information Technology that the Education and Training industry has achieved. It would become more attractive than ever!


    Now a days, an average school day for a student can include sitting at a table listening to the teacher, doing practical exercises, and learning based on online games as well as exploring knowledge through digital devices. Students can start learning about the works of a famous writer in the Literature book; and end of the day they could visit to the Museum of Technology in a certain shopping-entertainment complex in the city.


    The pedagogy methods used to be able to have similarities compared to the past, but as technology evolves and brings more new learning experiences. To create an interactive learning solution, we have a structure consisting of three main parts as follows: (1) Interactive lecture development tool, (2) LMS (Moodle, Open edX), (3) Machine virtual server (AWS, Google Cloud).


  • The impacts of COVID pandemic on Teaching and Learning


    Summary:


    COVID-19 is an unforeseen crisis that affects every aspect of our lives. As a founder of the ABS Institute, a teacher - a consultant and a Salesman in the field of education, I would like to share an overview of how the COVID-19 pandemic still affecting the education industry generally, and teaching work in particular. From the policies of the Vietnam's government and for public schools to implement distance learning projects for students, to the significant changes in the income structure of the post-Covid Teacher / Professor, the process by which senior and junior pedagogical staff are must be adapt, to remote working and more!


    Maintaining the training and vocational training activities during the pandemic, I had many opportunities to review statistical tables, combined with practical observations on a range of factors impacting Covid on Vietnam's education. Instinct, every society in the world is vulnerable to shocks and adversity during the years from 2019 to 2021. Whilst the developing societies will bear more risks and need more time to recover, specifically the recovery of economic and education. 


    Indeed, countries with low human development will often face many challenges related to teaching, training and application for their young labor market. For instance, some nations in Southeast Asia included in: Vietnam. There is has potential for inequality and the gap between rich and poor in the society of these countries is still very high.
