2. Acknowledgments

There are a few questions that we should have to ponder. The reason why do we still work really hard at multinational corporations in Vietnam? Why do we keep on to get our grey matter working to the world (brain-dain) and meet more problems in case of we want to recruit talents to work with us, in the Vietnamese marketplace?


To draw out the principles of universal creative practice for Vietnamese people. According to the author's preliminary reference to many business trends in the digital age, complexity will be something that new generation entrepreneurs inevitably. To make our business smooth, it would requires young entrepreneurs to become open-minded. 


The creativity here is not to create a completely new product or service, but to improve that product or service better, and at a lower cost. This is also one of the keys to a successful innovation startup in today's fiercely competitive global market. 


Look at China, they have made and commercialized very well technology applications, espcially E-Commerce, e.g Alibaba, Temu, and even big data platforms that are not inferior to the United States, such as TikTok is a hybrid version of Facebook and Youtube - a video creation platform of ByteDance corporation. 

How about South Korea? They also creates countless photo editing applications on phones and has millions of downloads from users, movies, surgery technologies ..etc. Especially, retail industry and foodie delivery also expanded in the region market. 

Vietnam only has two Fintech most stands out, attract most users in local marketplace, there are VNPAY and Momo.


So the point is what makes them so creative? They are also human just like us. While Vietnam does not lack any conditions, and is no less than their country to be wealth and innovative, we have natural resources, venture capital, and a large number of young population. But whether the element that we are lacking is the mental strength?


Standing on the golden door leading into the exciting and exciting digital transformation era. What does Vietnam community needs to do to support young entrepreneurs who are ready enough to enter the innovation phase?
